There are dangerous chemicals and toxins that are housed throughout our body and more specifically in certain organs. These organs are actually used to keep these toxins out, by storing them theirself. Some of them include the liver (most importantly), then there is the kidneys and the digestive system.
Feeling constipated, bogged down, fatigued and just down right weak most of the time. Well it is time for a whole body detox to take care of it for you.
Okay, so what in the world is a whole body detox?
You will want to make sure that you take your time to totally, completely and easily remove the toxins from your body. If you try one of those quick fix diets, it can actually cause harm to your body and it doesn’t work as well. A whole body detox consists of taking the proper vitamin supplements. Then of course the foods that you consume make all the difference in the world.
First of all, you want to make sure that you are eating raw vegetables and fruits that are not ladened with chemicals and pesticides. Enhance your whole body detox by drinking plenty of water. Preferably distilled water, because tap water has chlorine and other harmful chemicals in it.
To get the most of your whole body detox, you will want to make sure that you stay on it for at least 28 days. This way you go through the process at a slower pace and it doesn’t overwhelm your body. Also, you want to reap the full benefits of completely cleansing your entire body and all of the organs. Especially those that aid in cleansing toxins out on a regular basis.
Finding the best whole body detox method is not hard to do. There are natural ways that you can accomplish just that. you will never feel better. Also, note that it is highly recommended that you detox at least twice a year and also eat as healthy as possible.
Always make sure that you talk to your doctor or health care professional before starting a new whole body detox diet. He or she will definitely know what the best method is for you and they will also know what supplement is right for you as well.
Be sure that you drink plenty of water as well. Water is essential in any detox program because it helps to remove the toxins from your system as well as replace necessary nutrients.
It is highly recommended to take part of a whole body detox, because it is in your best interest. Your body will definitely love you for it.
Recommended foods:
Raw veggies
Raw fruits
Raw honey
Olive oil
No salt peanuts
Sea salt
Distilled drinking water
Whole fruit juices (no concentrated or imitation)
A supplemental vitamin that contains recommended ingredients (ask your doctor)

A. Air Bike - Lie on your back and put your hands behind your head. Raise your legs so your thighs are perpendicular to the floor while your lower legs are parallel to the floor. Curl up and bring your left elbow toward your right side while drawing your right knee in to meet it.
B. Crunches - Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the ground, or resting on a bench with your knees bent at a 90 degrees angle. Place your hands lightly on either side of your head, keeping your elbows in. Begin to roll your shoulders off the floor. Your shoulders should come up off the floor only about four inches, and your lower back should remain on the floor. Hold it there for five seconds. Return to starting position and repeat.
2. Biceps Training
A. Concentration Curl - Sit on the sofa, spread your legs apart into a V and lean forward slightly. Grasp the dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing upward. Rest your elbow on the inside of your thigh and let the dumbbell hang. Slowly curl the weight up while keeping the torso, upper arm and elbow still. You can substitute the dumbbell using a kettle filled with water (Vary the amount of liquid within the kettle for varying weights).
B. Bicep Curl - Hold two dumbbells at arm’s length and stand with your legs shoulder-width apart. Turn your palms up and curl both dumbbells up toward your shoulder. Keep your upper arms against your side at all times! When you reach the top, rotate your wrists so that your palm faces almost straight down. Go back to the starting position and repeat.
3. Calves Training
A. Calf Raises - Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart. Raise yourself onto your tip-toe and hold yourself there for ten seconds. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat for ten to fifteen repetitions. You can carry a fully loaded backpack if you want to increase the intensity of the workout.
4. Chest
A. Push Ups - Kneel down on the floor and place your hands flat on the floor and slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Move your feet back, placing your toes on the floor, so that your knees are off the floor and your legs are straight. At this point, your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Lower yourself to a position almost touching the floor, but never doing so, stay there for five seconds, then return to starting position. Throughout the whole motion, the movement should be well-controlled without any jerks or sudden movements. Your body should remain straight throughout this exercise. You can vary the positions of your hands to target different parts of your chest.
5. Hamstring
A. Leg-Curl – Load your legs with wrap-around ankle weights, then lie on your belly on your bed, with your legs hanging from the side of the bed. Then, lift your legs into a 90-degrees position with respect to the bed and slowly return your legs to starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat this motion with sets of 10. You can increase the intensity by increasing the weight of your ankle weights.
B. Dumbbell Lunges - Hold a dumbbell in each hand and pull your shoulders back. Lift your chest up and look straight ahead. Slowly bend your knees, lowering your hips so your rear knee just clears the floor. Pause briefly in this position, then slowly straighten your legs and raise your body back up to a standing position. Perform ten to fifteen repetitions and increase the intensity by increasing the weight of the dumbbells. Repeat with the other knee being the rear knee.
6. Quadriceps
A. Weighted Squat - Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and holding dumbbells. Squat down until your thighs are just past parallel to the floor. Extend your knees and hips until legs are straight. Return and repeat.
7. Shoulders/ Quadriceps
A. Iron Cross - Stand in a low parallel squat position, feet shoulder width apart and holding dumbbells parallel to the ground with palms facing in. Move arms out away from your sides in a giant “T” as you stand upright.
8. Triceps
A. Bench Dips - Place two chairs facing each other, about three to four feet apart. Sit on one chair facing the other, with your hands grasping the side of the chair. Using your hands to support your weight, lift your feet onto the other chair so that the rest of your body is suspended between the two chairs. Slowly lower your body toward the floor by bending your elbows until your upper arms and forearms form a right angle. Return to starting position.
B. Kickback - Stand to the right of a bed. Bend your left knee and rest it on the bed, and place your left hand ahead of you on the bed for balance. Your back should be as straight as possible. Pick up a dumbbell in your right hand. Bend your arm and raise your elbow up to shoulder height. Hold it there for five seconds. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to starting position. Let the dumbbell hang. Repeat for ten to fifteen repetitions, then perform the same process for the left arm.
These exercises are good solutions if you demand convenience. Remember to pay attention to areas such as “start slow, increase gradually” and be sensitive to the people around you. When you train at home, you might incur disturbance for your family members. With that said, good luck in training at home!

A good diet includes foods from each of the food groups, taken in moderation and the right amounts. And with a well balanced diet it’s easy to adjust calories down when you need to lose a few pounds temporarily.
If it seems to be a daunting task consider that you likely already eat the foods necessary, just in too large quantities. For many people it’s a simple matter of cutting down portion sizes to move from bad eating to good eating. Even the chocolate cake or cookies can fit into a well balanced diet, if eaten in small quantities. The three weight gain white foods – white bread, white rice, and sugar – can easily be replaced in your diet. Eating whole grain bread instead of white bread, brown rice instead of white rice, and fruits instead of sugary foods are quick changes that don’t require eating much less. .
The key to maintaining a healthy diet is planning. When you fail to plan you skip meals, that leads to binge eating. When you fail to plan you often find yourself at the mercy of a fast food restaurant or a friend whose menu leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to healthy foods. Plan meals in advance, including for occasions like parties and social gatherings. It only takes a few questions to find out what’s being served and plan the days other meals accordingly to not ruin your diet. Don’t let a failure discourage you. Sometimes you’ll eat the wrong things. But when you get bucked off get right back on. Get back to the diet.
Seven days a week exercise for at least 30 minutes. Little things like parking further from the office can add extra activity that makes a huge difference.
Simple math is good diet plus exercise equals the quickest way to lose weight.

I’ll be honest with you; I don’t have the secret to get 6 pack abs quickly and easily. In fact, I believe that no one does, except maybe illegal supplement dealers! Does who do are either lucky because they have good genes, a good training background or are just bullshitting you to get money (don’t even get me started on the Ab King Pro).
Here are a few popular myths that you might come across about getting a 6 pack and why they will just keep you looking for results.
1. Always cut out those mean fats
One of the most popular myths is that to lose that ugly fat, you must drastically cut fat from your diet, which is very unhealthy. This is explained by the simplistic and unscientific equation of eating less fat equals less fat on your body. Ladies and gentleman, I announce to you that the human body is the most complex machine to be on the face of the Earth. We are still light years away from understanding exactly how the body functions. But one thing is certain; it is not that simple to lose fat. You must follow a diet that respects your needed carbohydrate, protein and fat ratio. As much as we are all different on the outside, we all function differently on the inside. Getting your unique proper ”fuel” mixture will greatly help you reduce your fat and get 6 pack abs. Your unique fuel mixture is called your Metabolic Type.
2. Cut calories to lose fat
Again in domain of fat loss, starving is far from being a good idea, not to mention it is not pleasant at all. To keep things simple, when you go for a long period of time without eating, your body falls into ”defense mode” and starts to store anything that comes his way. This is because your body doesn’t know when its next meal will be, so it would rather store fat while it has food, than lack food and die. Also note that if you use store more energy, you use less, which mean you lower your metabolism. I suggest eating three main meals with two or three snacks, so that you can have smaller meals every 3 hours of the days. Eat more, lose more.
3. Do crunches and sit-ups to lose the fat on your belly
Please keep this in mind, as this is a HUGE misconception. When you train a certain part of your body, you won’t necessarily burn fat at that specific area. So crunches and sit-ups won’t necessarily burn the fat on your stomach. In fact it might be burning the fat behind your ear lobe, between your toes, under your armpit… you get the point. So doing 107 crunches won’t get you a 6 pack, unless you have no fat to begin with. Personally, I use crunches only with early beginners and I very rarely use sit-ups. There are far too many fun and effective exercises to get bored with crunches and sit-ups.
4. Leg raises are great exercises for lower abs
Although this is kind of true, I absolutely need to warn you that if you are not well prepared for these exercises, your lower abs will stay weak and you will significantly increase your risk of injury (back problems). You must make sure that your lower abs are properly functioning and that they are strong enough to sustain leg raise exercises.
These are just a few of the biggest myths about getting a 6 pack. For more FREE information or to see good abs exercises, visit The DeVyne Code

As long as it is within the credit limit of one’s account, you can simply “charge” it and go buy away! We can just keep on “charging” it and until we are finally satisfied. Indeed with this form of charging, we are “In Charge”. This now not only shows that the word “Charge” just means power, but authority as well. Simply put, whoever has the power of “charge” has the power. And in order to once again obtain that power, one would have to “recharge”. They simply all do tie up and make perfect sense.
It is no debate that the word charge literally brings about power and authority. And what a better way to name your Professional Football team than what the San Diego based team did but name their franchise as the San Diego Chargers. This team, being part of the bigger California, originally started to play under Los Angeles. After their first season though, they already then moved to San Diego. They won their first title in the AFL. Ever since the merge of the AFL and the NFL, they have then shown that they have something to show. As of 2006, they have made ten trips to the playoffs and four appearances in the AFC Championship Games. The team does continue to strive in order further improve their game with hopes of some day winning a Super Bowl. As for California, it is home to various highly competitive football teams. Whether it be San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Oakland, it is without a doubt that the “Cali Life” highly supports football. It is no surprise that College movies exhibiting California as the base location shows the relaxed flow with kids at the very least running that pig skin and throwing it around. Indeed football is not just a sport, but a lifestyle as well.
So the next time you open your television set, try watching the sports channel. It is for sure that every team would have their very own logo that would very much match the name of their teams. When you see that yellowish thunderbolt rapped around the sides of the players helmets, that would be the San Diego Chargers you are watching for sure. It would be interesting to see how this team would continue, as mentioned a while ago, being part of California, this area embraces football. So go ahead, go for that great big charge!

We are talking about one of the greatest Football teams in the history of the National Football League (NFL). This would be no other than the San Francisco 49ers. This team is the first of the only three teams in the league who have been able to win the Super Bowl for 5 times. The 49ers also hold the record as the only team who has been made multiple appearances in the Super Bowl and yet remain undefeated with a record of 5-0. With popular names such as Joe Montana, Ronnie Lott, Steve Young, and Jerry Rice, it would be no surprise that this team was able to win all of those championships. These players, during their stay with the franchise, were not only able to win those victories, but made history happen and revolutionized the way football was played. Plays such as “the Catch” became the dream of every football kid to be able to deliver and run down to that touch down line. It also increased the number of sales of the football jerseys of the San Francisco 49ers sell like pancakes! Every fan and person who wanted to look cool just had to get one of their jerseys!
Indeed “gold” is found in many forms and sizes. Sometimes, when people say they have found gold, it may be something other than the metal. Sometimes, it may be another form of priceless possession which only the owner could appreciate and drive for. For this San Francisco based team, gold equaled to the super bowl victories and the history they are able to make. What about you, what is the gold you want to run after?

In 1974, it then awarded to Seattle its 28th franchise which then had its 64,984-seat Kingdome to call its home. This team did not easily get its name. It had to run through 20,365 entries and 1,741 different names. Imagine all of those entries and all you would need is one. That would be a tough call for anyone in position to select. The name “Sea Hawks” which was another word for Osprey was selected and was publicly announced on June 17, 1975. From here we can see that the fact that they opened the door to the public for suggestions and they went through this suggestions thoroughly, you can just imagine what a nightmare it must have been to be the ones to organize, analyze, and select which one would be best fit for the club. Not only would it have been tough, one would also have enough courage to stand up to those who had a different opinion. After all, the name chosen would be more than just a name announced to the public; it would be the identity by which the whole franchise would be recognized. From the name, logos would have to be made, uniforms would have to be designed, and marketing items for the fans would be sold in order to solidify the house name of the club. If this is not enough, don’t forget that the mascot for the football club should also match the name. You can’t have a sea hawk as your name and a pigeon as your mascot right?
Indeed selecting a name is tough enough. But the Seattle based club did a pretty good job. Not only does the name Seahawk have a nice ring to it, as well as being unique, it also symbolizes accuracy, precision, speed, and intelligence. Not a bad choice for a football club!

After all, what more could you want than power, speed, and accuracy in hitting your opponents. And indeed this team packs a mean punch when they are out there in the field. The franchise already has two NFL Championships and one Super Bowl championship under its belt. Like many other teams in the NFL, this team is no stranger to the shifting as with terms of “residency”. Prior to being based in St. Louis, the Rams originally started in Cleveland. Afterwards, for fifteen seasons, the team then moved to Anaheim, Los Angeles as the Los Angeles Rams. At the year 1995, this is then when the club has been staying in St Louis up to the present. Although it still is owned by the same individual, the NFL allowed it to be a separate entity since the no part of the previous management joined the movement and only four of the players rode with the team. And now looks like the Rams are on their way to continue their rampage in knocking out the other teams in the NFL.
The owner of this club surely did choose a good name. Considering that it is a football team, what more would any person want that drive through any other opponent. Rip them, and bury them to the ground! That is how a ram would finish its opponents. Football then would be the sport to bring out the ram in all of us. Let the animal inside be set free and do its own thing. So what animal would you be, the predator or the prey?

While this is a good thing, a lot of times you’d also want company so that you can enjoy the game with other people and share the experience. This is why a lot of groups would organize NFL parties to watch their favorite teams such as the Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. There also are a lot of establishments that cater specifically to sports and these are popularly known as “sports bars”.
There are a lot of positive things that could come out of a sports bar experience. Here are some of the advantages of watching games at a sports bar.
Social butterfly
In any public place, people can be hesitant to mingle with each other because of the fear of the unknown. In sports bars, you already know that you have one thing in common: the love for sports. If it’s a game of football, then its likely that the people in the bar are football fans as well. This way, you get to new people from different walks of life, and you could network. Who knows, the person you are talking to probably is a crucial client of your company (hello promotion!).
Single and ready to mingle
If you have had a hard time with the dating scene by going to singles bars or being set up by your friends, one thing you could try out is meeting a potential mate over at a sports bar. It would definitely be easy to break the ice because you are all watching the same game, and enjoying the same beverages that the bar serves. Get ready to dish out your knowledge of league averages and trivia, which you once thought was useless knowledge.
Bonding
There are single parents that have a hard time bonding with their children. This would be an ideal setting for a father and son, mother and son, father and daughter, and whichever combination you can think of. If you both are fans of the same team, then it would be a great way to cheer for something side by side, and if not, then it is a chance for you to pick the mind of your kid and have a friendly debate as to who is the better team. You could even have a nice bet as to which team would win in the end. It doesn’t have to be money but you could bet things such as shortening the term of him or her being grounded or something.

Although this is the case, they have a remarkable football records compared to other NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision. They have the most FBS National Football Championships, having won 11 consensus national championships, and some say 13. However, the university did not recognize the years when the Associated Press and coaches did not both rank them Number One. They trail just behind the Michigan Wolverines in terms of winning percentage, they rank second in NCAA records.
Winning streaks are also an important part of Fighting Irish records. They are famous for putting an end to the winning streak of Oklahoma, as fans waved their Notre Dame merchandise. Aside from that, the team also holds a record for consecutive wins over one opponent, which they did against the US Naval Academy.
Notre Dame has produced many All-Americans. In addition to that, they rank number one in the number of athletes joining the National Football League in various nations.
The Fighting Irish have produced seven Heisman Trophy winners, one of only two college teams to do so. This is an award given in recognition to the most outstanding college football player in the United States. These players are (latest to the earliest): Tim Brown, John Huarte, Paul Hornung, Johnny Lattner, Leon Hart, Johnny Lujack, and Angelo Bertelli.
They also have forty-seven College Football Hall of Famers players and coaches combined.
Apart from that, Notre Dame also took part in most historic games in football. Many sports historian rated their game with Ohio State as the Game of the Century in 1935. The Associated Press also gave the same distinctions to their game against the United States Military Academy in 1946. In addition, they also have several memorable bowl games; one is the 1979 Chicken Soup game against the University of Houston. The name derived from the soup Joe Montana had consumed prior to leading his team to a comeback and winning the game.
The team also has various rival teams, including different levels of rivalries against other teams like USC and Michigan. Most of their rivalries are goal-oriented: Its rivalry with the University of Southern California has more to do with overtaking the other in the Heisman Trophy and earning team prestige. Their rivalry with the University of Michigan is the same; any team who is nearing the number one spot for the highest winning percentage would want to dethrone the leading team. This is what Notre Dame wants to do with Michigan.
Freddie Brister is a loyal fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football. His love for football started as a boy passing the pigskin around with cousins and classmates. Since that time, he has coached high school football for 25 years. Check out his Notre Dame Fighting Irish Merchandise.
